Any item you purchase from Pigeon Mountain Trading Company® is customer-satisfaction guaranteed! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to PIgeon Mountain Trading Company ® and we will give you a questions asked.

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, and item must be in the same condition it was in when you received it. Call customer service to get a return authorization number for any items you wish to send back. Customer is responsible for any shipping costs on returned items and will have to pay shipping for exchanged items. You may use any shipping method you prefer to return items. It is not required that you send your item via UPS.
