Glass jars of honey are NOT ELIGIBLE for free shipping. They often break during shipping, so customer assumes risk.

Black sage is native to Southern California and Northern Mexico. It flowers about every three years, which means this honey is made about four seasons per decade!

Black Sage honey has an unusually high pollen count. With 20 times more pollen than other honeys, the honey has more healthy and healing properties. It is a good source of antioxidants, anti-inflammatory agents, minerals, and other nutrients that are essential for good health. It can also be used in place of other types of honey in recipes. It is especially good in savory dishes, such as sauces and marinades.
